1. 即係「咖央醬」，係馬來西亞、新加坡以至馬來群島常見嘅甜品材料，用椰漿、砂糖、鴨蛋或雞蛋等材料隔水加熱撈勻做成，經常用嚟搽麪包同埋做糕點嘅餡料。又叫咖椰、加椰、咖吔。
